Like you, we are concerned about data. You can be assured of your data privacy. We only use your data to provide a more specific service for you and your pets! With regards to marketing, we send email marketing on a regular basis (and we promise we won’t spam). We may also use your email for further advertising on secured CRM marketing efforts on. Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms without making your data identifiable.
First, You get 10% off (on product only) on your first order. No minimums required. Second, You will get members-only benefits such as discounts, pawrents and pets’ birthday discounts, first-access to our new products, and surprise treats! Lastly, You also earn points based on your spends. For every 10 SGD spend on our products, you earn 1 point. You also earn 10 points for every successful referral. Your points get credited to your account within 48 hours. You can spend on our site. Your points expire every 2 years from your first purchase so use them and don’t let them go to waste!
Aside from discounts, we believe in the importance of our convenience for our pawrents. You don’t need to go through the trouble of re-ordering. We offer one-year subscription model based on your needs:
- 2KG (for 1 dog): Every 2 weeks delivery
- 6KG (for 1 dog): Every 6 weeks delivery
- 12KG (for 1 dog): Every 12 weeks delivery
If you have more dogs, please click on higher quantity and it will automatically compute to same delivery time. The less delivery, the more you save, and the more we help reduce carbon footprint!
We only charge your credit card 1 week before your next delivery. If there are issues on payment, we will send you an email and do 3 attempts. If we don’t hear from you and we continue to experience problems, we will automatically cancel your subscription.
- What if I want to buy other products to include in my next subscription delivery?
- We will try to include your additional orders in the next batch of delivery. We’ll need to your help to do the order at least 10 days before the next delivery. This way, we can include your additional orders and compute if there are any additional delivery charges. If there are, we will inform you before we charge you on your next delivery.
- What if I change my address?
- Please do drop us an email to confirm your change in address at least 1 week prior to the next delivery date. We can change the address and we will compute on any delivery amount difference and let you know so you know before we do any charge to your credit card account.
When placing your order, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.
Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer enjoys their shopping experience with us.
We allow cancellations on subscription at least after 2 rounds of delivery. You may opt to transfer your subscription to a friend or relative if you wish to.
Each member will have a specific code that you can share to your friends. They just need to key-in the code For every successful referral, you enjoy a one-time 10% off in your next transaction (including your subscription) while your friend can get a 15% off too in his/her first transaction.
